Deadline Assignments are projects that are sprung upon students, with no warning. Students stop whatever else they are doing and have a very tight timeline for completing the work. The idea here is to introduce students to the pressure of producing something to a very tight time and be able to manage number of projects at the same time, which would be the case in industry.
